The Infamous Masterson’s , nestled in the bustling area of Moonee Ponds , advertises itself as a stylish, alternative venue , but my unfortunate encounter at this establishment resulted in an experience I’d rather forget . While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I encountered behind its threshold was appalling and beyond comprehension .

From the moment I stepped inside , it was clear that sanitation was not a priority at Masterson’s . The floors were sticky , and a pungent odor of stale beer and uncleaned toilets permeated the entire pub. Reeking of a mixture of excrement , putrefaction and sickness . The serving zone , which should be the main attraction of any pub, was overflowing with soiled cups and litter that looked like it had been ignored for a long time .
